Registration of a customer account is not required for every purchase where the online store allows checkout as a guest.
For registered customers, we process the information entered in their customer account, saved addresses and order history.

When card details are entered, the payment information is transmitted to the payment-service provider through its secure payment environment. EA ELEKTRONIKA receives the transaction result or payment status and other information necessary to associate the payment with the relevant order.

For delivery, we provide GLS, or another carrier selected for a specific shipment, only with the information necessary to carry out the delivery.
