The general terms and conditions of the online store www.eaelektronika.com are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
The online store www.eaelektronika.com (hereinafter also “www.eaelektronika.com”) is operated by EA ELEKTRONIKA d.o.o., Koroška cesta 52, 2000 Maribor, Registration number: 1550071000, VAT number: 52054942, which is also the provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter also the seller or ea elektronika d.o.o.).
The general terms and conditions govern the operation of the online store www.eaelektronika.com, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between ea elektronika d.o.o. and the buyer. The general terms also regulate specific purchasing rules at the company’s point of sale (branch) of ea elektronika d.o.o.
The buyer is bound by the general terms in force at the time of purchase (submission of the online order). Each time an order is placed, the user is specifically alerted to the general terms and conditions and, by submitting the order, confirms that they are familiar with them. The general terms and conditions are also available for review at the ea elektronika d.o.o. point of sale (branch).
Types of users
With a one-time sign-in to the online store www.eaelektronika.com, a visitor becomes a guest of www.eaelektronika.com; with a confirmed registration in the online store www.eaelektronika.com, they become a registered user of www.eaelektronika.com. Both a guest and a registered user of www.eaelektronika.com (hereinafter also a user) acquire the right to purchase in the online store www.eaelektronika.com.
A visitor can register as a registered user of www.eaelektronika.com online. A visitor can also be a guest with a one-time sign-in to www.eaelektronika.com online.
Upon registering in the online store as a registered user of www.eaelektronika.com, the visitor receives a username, which is the same as their email address, and a password. The username and password of the registered www.eaelektronika.com user clearly identify the user and link them to the data entered.
Registration is also possible during the purchase process.
If the user later wishes to change their email address, they must send a request to narocila@eaelektronika.si. The email change will be carried out the same day or by the next business day at the latest, and the user will be notified by email.
Purchasing items in stock at the ea elektronika d.o.o. store is also possible without logging into the online store www.eaelektronika.com.

ea elektronika d.o.o. undertakes to provide the customer, before they are bound by a contract or offer, with the following information:
- information about the company www.eaelektronika.com (company name and registered office, registration number),
- contact details enabling the user to communicate quickly and effectively (email, phone),
- the essential characteristics of the items (including after-sales services and warranties) and the period of validity of this information,
- availability of items (each item offered on the website should be available within a reasonable period),
- conditions of delivery of items (and the method, place, and time of delivery),
- prices, which must be clearly and unambiguously specified, and an indication of whether they include taxes, transport costs, and other charges, and the period of validity of this information,
- the method of payment and delivery or performance, and the period of validity of this information,
- the period of validity of the offer,
- the period within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal (a description of the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 43č of the ZVPot; in cases where the consumer has no right of withdrawal under Article 43č of the ZVPot, the consumer is expressly informed of this),
- an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service department.
Order
The sales contract between ea elektronika d.o.o. and the buyer in the online store www.eaelektronika.com is concluded at the moment when ea elektronika d.o.o. sends the buyer the first email about the status of their order (with the subject: “Thank you for ordering products. Order no. XXXX”). From that moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both ea elektronika d.o.o. and the buyer. The buyer is deemed to be the person whose details are provided at the time of placing the order. Subsequent changes to buyer details are not possible.
The sales contract (i.e., the first email on the order status) is stored electronically on the www.eaelektronika.com server and is available to the consumer in their user profile.

Invoice issuance
Upon personal pickup in the store or upon delivery of the ordered items, the buyer receives a printed invoice for the purchased items. The buyer receives an invoice separately for each separate order or separate dispatch within an order.
The invoice itemizes the price and all costs related to the purchase.
The buyer must check the accuracy of the data before submitting the order.
Prices
All product prices are regular retail prices and include statutory value added tax (VAT).
Prices apply at the time the order is placed and do not have a predetermined period of validity.
Prices apply when paying by the methods listed above, under the conditions listed above.
Purchase notification procedure
1. www.eaelektronika.com order
After submitting the order, the buyer receives an email notification that the order has been received. For a registered user of www.eaelektronika.com, comprehensive information on the status and content of the order is always available on the www.eaelektronika.com website. ea elektronika d.o.o. reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items, and confirms the order or rejects it with an explanation. For the purpose of verifying data or ensuring delivery accuracy, ea elektronika d.o.o. may call the buyer at their contact phone number. For items that ea elektronika d.o.o. does not have in stock in its own warehouse, ea elektronika d.o.o. is exclusively dependent on the supply from its supplier and on the time in which the supplier can deliver the item to ea elektronika d.o.o. Via email, ea elektronika d.o.o. keeps the buyer informed about up-to-date information regarding the delivery of items. If the delivery time is very long and the buyer does not wish to wait, the buyer can inform ea elektronika d.o.o., which will remove the item from the order and refund any amounts already paid to the buyer, while the remaining items from the order will be delivered at the buyer’s choice or the entire order will be canceled. If the supplier of ea elektronika d.o.o. does not confirm the availability of the ordered items no later than two weeks from the date the order was placed, ea elektronika d.o.o. may reject the buyer’s order on the grounds that the item is not available. On the day of rejection, the buyer’s order ceases to be valid. ea elektronika d.o.o. assumes no liability for damage arising from longer delivery times or from the non-delivery of items that ea elektronika d.o.o. does not have in stock in its own warehouse, except where caused intentionally or by negligence by ea elektronika d.o.o. or a person for whom the company is responsible..
2. The order has been dispatched / The order is ready for pickup
Within the agreed time, ea elektronika d.o.o. prepares the item, ships it or prepares it for personal pickup and notifies the buyer by email. In the email, ea elektronika d.o.o. also instructs the buyer about the withdrawal policy, where to turn in case of delivery delays, and whom to contact in case of a complaint.
If the buyer decides to cancel the order in time, they must immediately notify the seller on the general helpline 02-252 70 78 or by email at narocila@eaelektronika.si. If the order has already been dispatched, the buyer refuses the shipment to the delivery service. In the case of personal pickup (when the item is already prepared for pickup), the buyer likewise communicates their wish to cancel the order via the above-mentioned phone number or email.
Purchases by legal entities
The purchase procedure for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural persons, except that in the order form you tick the box next to the VAT ID field and confirm agreement with the terms of business. If you have already made purchases as a company, simply select it from your archive.
If you want an invoice issued to a company, you accept the terms of business applicable to companies. The main difference is in the right of withdrawal: companies, sole proprietors, and other legal entities are allowed to return delivered items under the warranty conditions. The listed legal entities do not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item without reason, as applies to consumers (natural persons).
A refund of the purchase price for legal entities is not possible. The general terms and conditions of www.eaelektronika.com also apply to purchases by legal entities; you can read more about return options under warranty conditions later on this page or on the returns page.

Consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract
A consumer (this applies exclusively to natural persons who acquire an item for purposes outside their gainful activity) has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of receipt of the items that they are withdrawing from the contract, without having to state a reason for their decision. The period begins one day after the date of receipt of the items.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer returns the received item by post to the company’s address: EA ELEKTRONIKA d.o.o., Koroška cesta 52, 2000 Maribor, or brings it personally to the seller’s point of sale.
The consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in an unchanged quantity, unless the item has been destroyed, spoiled, lost, or its quantity reduced without fault of the consumer. The consumer may not use the items without restriction until withdrawal from the contract. The consumer may inspect and test the items only to the extent necessary to establish the actual condition. The consumer is liable for any diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the items (which, in the case of shipping, is charged according to the price list of the delivery service and depends on whether it is a letter/parcel/freight). The item must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days from the sent notice of withdrawal from the contract (purchase).
The consumer has no right to withdraw from the contract in contracts where the subject is an item made to the consumer’s precise instructions, customized to their personal needs, which by its nature is not suitable for return, is perishable or has expired. There is no right of withdrawal when purchasing software or audio and video media if the consumer has opened the security seal.
Withdrawal from the contract is not possible for goods:
- for goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in markets over which the company has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period;
- for goods made to the consumer’s precise instructions and customized to their personal needs;
- for goods which, by their nature, are not suitable for return, are perishable, or expire quickly;
- for a performed service, if the company fully performs the contract and the performance of the service began on the basis of the consumer’s explicit prior consent and with the acknowledgement that they lose the right to withdraw from the contract once the company fully performs it;
- sealed audio or video recordings and computer programs if the consumer has opened the security seal; vouchers, SIM cards
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the consumer has opened the seal after delivery; for pet food purchases if the packaging is opened or damaged; vouchers, SIM cards
- goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
- digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, if the performance began on the basis of the consumer’s explicit prior consent and acknowledgement.
Refunds of payments made, including delivery costs (except additional costs due to the choice of a delivery method that is not the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the company), will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The company refunds the received payments to the consumer using the same means of payment as used by the consumer (most commonly by payment to a transaction account), unless the consumer has expressly requested the use of a different means of payment and the consumer does not incur any costs as a result.
In exceptional cases where items are not returned in accordance with the ZVPot, we may offer the consumer a buyout of the item with appropriate compensation, which we determine with a report upon return. The buyout at a reduced value is applied upon the consumer’s confirmation via email. The consumer can use the mentioned buyout exclusively when ordering another item of equal or higher value.
Warranty
Items have a warranty if so stated on the warranty card or on the invoice. The warranty is valid if the instructions on the warranty card are followed and upon presentation of the invoice. Warranty periods are stated on the warranty cards or on the invoice. The form for returning an item under warranty is located here.
Warranty is not recognized in the following cases:
- if the buyer has not followed the product’s instructions for use
- if the buyer has handled the product unprofessionally or negligently
- if an unauthorized person has tampered with the product
- if a defect occurred due to force majeure (e.g., lightning strike, voltage fluctuations in the network, etc.)
- if improper installation was performed
- if a defect occurred due to the use of unsuitable consumables (for printers, this also includes unsuitable paper, foils, films, etc.)
- if a defect occurred during transport after the product was handed over
- if the equipment is installed in an unsuitable environment (humidity, dust, heat, cold, etc.)
- if a defect occurred due to overvoltage or battery leakage
- if non-original parts have been installed in the product
- if the product was improperly maintained
- if the buyer adapted the product’s use to their specific requirements that are not in line with the intended purpose of use
Consumable parts subject to wear and tear (media, tapes, toners, print heads, developer units, batteries, etc.) are excluded from the warranty. The warranty period does not apply to software, which is the subject of intellectual property. Cleaning products is not free even during the warranty period.
A product that fails within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced no later than within 45 days; if this is not possible, it will be replaced with a new and faultless one at the buyer’s request. The service center or supplier does not guarantee data on memory media. For unjustified warranty claims we charge a service fee according to the valid price list.
To claim warranty Fill out the form to claim warranty. In the form, describe in detail the defect or issue you have with the item. Attach a copy of the invoice and the warranty card (applies to equipment that has an original warranty card included at purchase). It is mandatory to present the original warranty card (or a copy) for products where a serial number is indicated.
Material defect
The consumer may exercise their rights arising from a material defect if they notify the seller of the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered. In the notice of defect, the consumer must precisely describe the defect and allow the seller to examine the item.
The seller is not liable for material defects in goods that appear after two years from the time the item was delivered. It is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery if it appears within six months of delivery.
A consumer who has properly notified the seller of a defect has the right to demand that the seller:
- eliminate the defect in the goods or refund a part of the paid amount proportionate to the defect, or
- replace the defective goods with new faultless goods, or
- refund the paid amount.
When is a defect material? When:
- the item does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for sale
- the item does not have the properties necessary for the special use for which the buyer is purchasing it, which was known to the seller or should have been known
- the item does not have the properties and qualities that were expressly or tacitly agreed or prescribed
- the seller has delivered an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown for information only.
How is the suitability of the item checked?
It is checked against another, faultless item of the same type, and also by statements of the manufacturer or markings on the item itself.
How to assert a material defect?
The buyer must notify us of a possible material defect together with a precise description thereof within the legally prescribed period and at the same time allow us to inspect the item. The form for reporting a material defect is located here.
The right to assert a material defect in an item is further regulated by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
Collection of items returned from warranty or material defect procedures
The buyer is obliged to collect the item that was handed over to the seller for warranty or other processing after the procedure has been completed. The buyer collects the item at the pickup location where they personally handed it to the seller; if it was sent by post, it will be returned to the delivery address.
The seller sends the buyer a notice of the return of the item from processing and invites them to collect the item. The buyer must collect the item within 14 days from the date of the notice.
If the buyer does not collect the item within the specified period, the item will be stored with the seller at the address of its warehouse: EA ELEKTRONIKA d.o.o., Koroška cesta 52, 2000 Maribor.
Items with opened packaging
Items with opened packaging that have been returned to ea elektronika d.o.o. and may have minor imperfections (damaged packaging/item, opened packaging, etc.) go back on sale. The type of imperfection and the condition of the item are stated in writing for each item (both in the item description and on the invoice).
Returned items at ea elektronika d.o.o. are inspected; therefore, despite the return, opened packaging, etc., they still allow normal operation. Accordingly, a new warranty period is set, which is stated in writing for each item.
Types of imperfections for items marked “Opened packaging”
- Opened packaging: The item has opened packaging but works flawlessly and is complete. The price is additionally reduced; the stated warranty period applies.
- Damaged packaging: The item has damaged, incomplete, or non-original packaging but works flawlessly. The price is additionally reduced; the stated warranty period applies.
- Damaged item: The item has a minor cosmetic damage, may show signs of use, and may have damaged packaging. The price is additionally reduced; the stated warranty period applies.
- Used item: The item was returned by a customer. It has been used and may have slightly damaged packaging. The price is additionally reduced; the stated warranty period applies.
- Serviced item: The item has been serviced at an authorized service center. The item works flawlessly. The price is additionally reduced; the stated warranty period applies.
Delivery
Our contractual partner for parcel delivery within Slovenia is GLS; however, ea elektronika d.o.o. reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this allows for more efficient order fulfillment.

Delivery anywhere in Slovenia
Our partner delivers parcels to the address entered when placing the order. You can add one delivery address to your profile.
Since the delivery service delivers items during GLS working hours (and the couriers’ route times for a given area), you can also choose delivery to any other name or address—for example, to your workplace. If delivery to a workplace is selected, the courier will hand over the package to the person authorized to receive shipments at the company.
If you are not at the intended location at the time of delivery (company, office, hospital, student or dormitory residence, etc.), the courier will leave a message with instructions for further action. Usually, a visit to the nearest GLS pickup center is sufficient, or you can call them to arrange a free redelivery.
Price list for international parcel distribution
Croatia, Bulgaria, Poland, Denmark, Romania, France, Italy, Lithuania, Austria, Hungary, Belgium, Netherlands, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Germany, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Cyprus, Malta, Latvia, Finland, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Sweden = 28 EUR (including VAT).
All prices are in EUR and include VAT.
Delivery times
We will inform you via email about any longer delivery times or unavailable items. If a longer delivery time does not suit you, you can let us know and we will remove the item from the order or replace it with another.
If you were not at the delivery address and received a notice that your shipment is waiting at a GLS warehouse, you can contact GLS to have the shipment redelivered free of charge.
Due to different availabilities of items, the order may be split into multiple dispatches (shipments). We can dispatch partially or all at once. In the order form under Notes please enter “Ship the entire order together” and we will send your order in one dispatch (shipment). If you enter “Dispatch available items,” the order will be dispatched in multiple dispatches (shipments).
For partial delivery we will send items that are in stock immediately, and the rest when they become available. If you choose partial delivery, we will charge the delivery cost for each shipment separately. Please write "I want partial delivery." in the Note field in the order form.

Delivery is handled by GLS, usually on the next business day after dispatch, but no later than within three business days. When the shipment is dispatched, we will send you a notice that the items are on their way.

Handling damaged shipments (compensation)
If, upon receipt, you notice that the item or package is physically damaged (e.g., transport damage), that contents are missing, or that it shows signs of being opened, you can initiate a compensation procedure.
Damage must be reported within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package to narocila@eaelektronika.si or by phone at 02 – 252 70 78. When reporting damage, we will also need photos of the package, the packaging (inside and outside), the damaged item, the GLS label, and a description of the damage. You can also arrange with our representative to have the damaged package collected at your address.
Security
ea elektronika d.o.o. uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments. For this purpose, ea elektronika d.o.o. and the website www.eaelektronika.com use an SSL certificate issued by an authorized organization.
Personal data protection
ea elektronika d.o.o. is committed to the permanent protection of all personal data of the user in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 and ZVOP-1.
All detailed information about the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Principles section. The user must be aware that they are obliged to provide their personal data to the online merchant in a correct and truthful form, and are also obliged to inform the online merchant of any changes to their data. By accepting these terms, the user confirms that the personal data they have provided are correct.
Communication
ea elektronika d.o.o. will contact the user via means of distance communication only if the user does not expressly object to this and in accordance with the provisions of ZEKom-1.
Limitation of liability
ea elektronika d.o.o. makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its websites is up-to-date and accurate. Nevertheless, the characteristics of items, delivery times, or prices can change so quickly that ea elektronika d.o.o. may not be able to correct the data on the website in time. In such cases, ea elektronika d.o.o. will inform the buyer of the changes and allow them to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered item.
ea elektronika d.o.o. may withdraw from the contract only if an obvious error is discovered (Article 46 of the Obligations Code). An obvious error is considered an error in the essential characteristics of the item and any mistakes which, according to trade customs or the parties’ intentions, are deemed decisive and which ea elektronika d.o.o. would not have confirmed or concluded the contract had it been aware of them. This also includes obvious errors in price.

Complaints and disputes
ea elektronika d.o.o. respects the applicable consumer protection legislation. ea elektronika d.o.o. endeavors to fulfill its duty to provide an effective complaint handling system to the best of its ability.

ea elektronika d.o.o. is aware that a key feature of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time and costs incurred by resolving the dispute, which is also the main obstacle preventing consumers from bringing a dispute before the court. Therefore, ea elektronika d.o.o. strives to resolve potential disputes amicably to the best of its ability.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with legal norms, EA ELEKTRONIKA d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving a consumer dispute that the consumer could initiate under the Act on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes.
