Our contractual partner for parcel delivery within Slovenia is GLS. However, EA Elektronika d.o.o. reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this allows for a more efficient order fulfillment.
Delivery Method, Cost, and Order Processing
The shipping cost for parcels within Slovenia is fixed: €4.80 including VAT per parcel.

GLS handles parcel deliveries for us.
For partial deliveries, we will split your order into multiple shipments. Items in stock will be shipped immediately, and the rest as soon as available. If you choose partial delivery, shipping costs will be charged for each shipment separately. Please enter “I want partial delivery” in the Note field during checkout.
You can pick up the shipment personally or authorize someone (representative, legal guardian, or proxy) to collect it on your behalf.
If you are not present at the delivery address, GLS will send or leave a message with instructions on where you can collect the parcel or how to arrange a redelivery.

Delivery anywhere in Slovenia
Our partner delivers parcels to the address provided when placing the order. You can add one delivery address to your profile.
Since delivery is made during GLS working hours (and courier routes vary by region), you can also choose delivery to any other name or address, for example, your workplace. If a business address is chosen, the courier will deliver the parcel to the company’s authorized recipient.
If you are not available at the delivery location (business, office, hospital, dorm, etc.), the courier will leave a message with further instructions. Usually, it’s enough to visit the nearest GLS pickup center, or you can call them to arrange a free redelivery.
Take advantage of free delivery for Maribor and nearby areas (postal codes: 2104, 2311, 2229, 2204, 2351, and 2354) for orders exceeding €20.00 (including VAT).
