ea elektronika d.o.o. recognizes that a key characteristic of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time and costs required to resolve the dispute, which is the main reason consumers do not initiate court proceedings. Therefore, ea elektronika d.o.o. strives to resolve any potential disputes amicably whenever possible.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with legal regulations, EA ELEKTRONIKA d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent for resolving consumer disputes that a consumer could initiate under the Act on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes.
