EA ELEKTRONIKA d.o.o. delivers orders throughout Slovenia and to selected European countries. Our delivery partner for shipments within Slovenia and Europe is GLS. The shipping conditions and charges shown below are aligned with our Terms & Conditions.

Delivery partner – GLS
Our delivery partner for shipments within Slovenia and to European countries is GLS.
Parcels are delivered to the delivery address entered when the order is placed.
Delivery time
For items that are in stock, we prepare and dispatch the order as soon as possible.
GLS normally delivers a parcel on the next working day after dispatch and generally no later than within three working days after dispatch.
Once the shipment has been dispatched, we will inform you that the ordered items are on their way.
If an item is not immediately available
If an ordered item has a longer delivery time or is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you by e-mail.
If the longer delivery time does not suit you, you can contact us and request that the item be removed from the order or, where possible, replaced with another item.
For products marked as currently out of stock, the exact availability may not always be known in advance. Please contact us if you require information about expected availability.
Split shipments
Products within the same order may have different availability and delivery times. An order may therefore be divided into several shipments.
If you request partial delivery, items that are in stock can be dispatched immediately and the remaining items later when they become available.
When partial delivery is requested by the customer, the applicable delivery charge is charged separately for each shipment.
You can enter your delivery preference in the Order Comments field when placing your order.
Receiving your parcel
International delivery with GLS
Orders to the European countries listed below are delivered by GLS.
The shipping charge to the following countries is €38.00 including VAT:
Delivery to Croatia costs €14.90 including VAT. Shipping to Croatia is free when the final value of the ordered goods exceeds €99.99 including VAT.
Damaged shipment
If you notice that the parcel or product has been physically damaged during transport, that contents are missing, or that the parcel shows signs of having been opened, please contact us as soon as possible.
Transport damage must be reported within 7 calendar days from receipt of the parcel.
Please provide photographs of:
- the outside of the parcel,
- the internal packaging,
- the damaged product,
- the GLS shipping label,
- and a description of the damage.
