Returns and Warranty Policy
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product or file a warranty claim, please follow the steps below.
Returns – Withdrawal from Contract
Consumers (private individuals purchasing for non-business purposes) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. Notify EA ELEKTRONIKA in writing at narocila@eaelektronika.si. The only cost is return shipping. The product must be returned within 30 days after sending the withdrawal notice.

Returned goods must be undamaged, unused, in original packaging, and include a copy of the invoice. The buyer bears the risk of loss or damage during transport. The company may charge a handling fee (up to 30% of the purchase value) and the original delivery cost.
- The safety seal or packaging has been opened (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene items)
- The product was custom-made or personalized
Return Options
1. In-store Return
Bring the product, invoice, and completed return form to our store.
2. By Mail
Pack the item securely (preferably in original packaging). Include the return form and invoice copy. Shipping costs are covered by the sender. Cash-on-delivery parcels will not be accepted.

Warranty
Check if your product is still under warranty (invoice required). Warranty claims can be made in two ways:
1. Authorized Service Center
Bring or ship the product directly to the authorized repair center. Repairs must be completed within 45 days. If not, the manufacturer must replace the product or issue a refund.
2. Through EA ELEKTRONIKA
We can forward your product to an authorized service center. Complete the warranty claim form, describe the issue, and send or bring the product to our address.

Incomplete Shipment
If your order is incomplete, check your account to see if the order was split into multiple shipments. If the missing product isn’t listed, contact EA ELEKTRONIKA:

Damaged Product During Delivery
If your GLS delivery is damaged or opened, report it within 7 days of receipt. Send photos of the package (outer and inner), damaged item, and GLS label to narocila@eaelektronika.si or call 00386 2 252 70 78.
Material Defects (Faulty Products)
You can claim a material defect if the product:
- Does not have the expected properties for normal use
- Differs from the sample or model
- Does not function as described by the seller
