How to place an order

Ordering is very easy! You can place orders on our website twenty-four hours a day.

Before starting the ordering process, please review the terms regarding delivery and payment methods.

Products are available through navigation. If you have selected the desired product, click on the Add to Cart button to place it in your shopping cart for ordering.

Then click Cart in the upper right corner. In the cart, you can change the quantities of ordered items before placing the order or remove them.

To continue the ordering process, click the cart button (marked with a shopping cart icon) in the website menu. You will now start the ordering process. If you are a regular customer or have already shopped with us, you can easily log in with your details. To do this, select the LOGIN option under the LOGIN OR REGISTRATION tab. If you are a new customer, you can easily register during the ordering process. To do this, select the REGISTRATION option under the LOGIN OR REGISTRATION. If you wish to purchase as a guest, select the GUEST option under LOGIN OR REGISTRATION. The fields intended for user registration (Password and Confirm Password) will be deactivated and not displayed.


Before submitting your order, check the correctness of the order – ORDER SUMMARY – under the Cart tab, where the entire order contents are displayed, including quantities and prices. Check the correctness of your order! In the next fields, select the delivery method and desired payment method. If you have incorrectly selected a product, you can remove it from the Cart by clicking the X button. If you want to change the quantity of ordered goods, adjust the quantity field to the desired value and click the Ѻ icon.

If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the ENTER YOUR COUPON field and click CONFIRM. The cart will update with the discount applied.

Before clicking the Order with payment obligation button, a summary of your order will appear in the Cart tab. Successfully complete your order by clicking the Order with payment obligation button. Your order is now submitted.


You will receive an order confirmation at your email address. Your order will be processed as soon as possible.


Stock and Availability

We strive to always offer you as many products as possible and to keep them in stock. Products in stock will be shipped the same or the next business day.

On the product page, you can view the delivery status of the product. It is displayed separately as:

  • In stock
  • Available again after X date
  • Out of stock

If you already have products in your cart, the estimated delivery date for your entire order is shown on the cart overview page.

If any delivery issues arise later, we will inform you.


What does Note in the order form mean?

You can add additional notes for your order in the order form itself. The note represents additional information for our logistics center.

Our customer support team tries to forward this information to the delivery services. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that delivery services will receive or follow the notice.

What do the different order statuses mean?

Once you have placed your order, you can view the current status of your order in your account. Please pay attention to the order status if you wish to modify your order.

In preparation - order received but not yet processed. Changes are still possible.

In packing process - the package is being packed or has already been sent to the delivery service. Changes are no longer possible.

Completed - the order has been shipped.

Cancelled - your order has been cancelled.
