Payment methods

Regardless of the chosen payment method, you will receive a physical invoice for your purchase upon delivery or personal pickup in the store.

The following payment methods are available:


PAYMENT IN STORE / CASH ON DELIVERY

CASH

You can pay in cash when picking up the item in our store.

You can also pay in cash if you choose payment on delivery through the GLS courier service.

WITH A PAYMENT CARD

In our store, it is possible to pay with a debit or credit card (MasterCard®, Visa, Visa Electron, BA Maestro).

GLS courier service also allows payment by debit or credit card (MasterCard®, Visa, Visa Electron, BA Maestro) upon delivery.


VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX ONLINE PAYMENT

Payment is made with a credit card through the Stripe online payment interface (redirected to a secure payment page).

No additional fees apply when paying online with a card. You can pay online with a debit or credit card (MasterCard®, Visa, American Express).

If you choose to pay by card online when placing your order, make sure you enter your details correctly and complete all steps. After clicking the button “Order with payment obligation!”, a Stripe payment window will open, where you need to enter your card details.

What information will you need to enter?

  • Card number (16-digit number on the front of the card, digits only)
  • CVV code (last 3 digits on the back of the card)
  • Expiry date (month and year)

After entering the details, you will be redirected to your bank’s website. The continuation of the payment process depends on your bank or card issuer. You will receive a security code via different channels (SMS, mobile app, etc.). If you do not receive a code, please contact your bank or card issuer. After clicking “Pay”, you’ll be redirected to a page where you can enter the code received via SMS.

After successful payment, the transaction will appear on your bank statement.

If you cancel your order or change the payment method after paying by credit card online, please notify us at narocila@eaelektronika.si for a possible refund.


PAYMENT BY PROFORMA INVOICE (BANK TRANSFER)

You can make a bank transfer to the account of EA ELEKTRONIKA d.o.o. according to the offer/proforma invoice you receive by email. Once the payment is received, your order will proceed to processing. Please note that this payment method may delay delivery by 1–2 business days or for the time it takes to receive the payment into the company’s bank account.
