Payment methods
EA ELEKTRONIKA d.o.o. offers several payment methods for purchases made through our online store and at our physical store. The available payment methods correspond to those stated in our Terms & Conditions.
Cash at our store
You can pay in cash when collecting your order at our physical store.
Card payment at our store
When collecting your order at our store, payment can be made with supported debit or credit cards.
Cash on delivery
If the goods are shipped by GLS courier service, payment by cash on delivery is available where this payment option is offered for the selected delivery.
Bank transfer – quotation / proforma invoice
Payment can be made by bank transfer to the bank account of EA ELEKTRONIKA d.o.o. on the basis of a quotation or proforma invoice.
After payment has been received, the order proceeds to processing.
Online card payment via Stripe
Online purchases can be paid with supported debit or credit cards through Stripe.
The card is charged after completion of the order. This also applies where an ordered item is temporarily not in stock and can be delivered within a few days.
Our online card-payment partner is Stripe Payments Europe Limited, The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland.
Cancellation or change after online card payment
If you have paid for an order online by card and subsequently cancel the order or wish to change the payment method, please contact us at narocila@eaelektronika.si regarding the refund of the payment where applicable.
Payment methods for business customers
Business customers may use the payment methods stated above.
Deferred payment may additionally be available to organisations of public and local administration and to companies that meet the required creditworthiness criteria.
Deferred payment is therefore not an automatically available payment method for every customer and is subject to prior approval by EA ELEKTRONIKA d.o.o.
Invoice
Customers are responsible for checking that the information provided before submitting the order is correct.
