The Banner TL50HBGRQ has three independent LED segments in blue, green and red. Each segment can be selected independently, helping operators create a clear colour-based indication for operating, warning or selected process states.
The high-intensity TL50H design is made for visibility in areas with high ambient light. It supports 18–30 V DC or 24 V AC, bimodal NPN/PNP inputs and uses a durable 4-pin M12 quick-disconnect connector.

Simple integration with M12 connection and M30 mounting thread
The tower light has an integral 4-pin male M12 quick-disconnect connector and an M30 × 1.5 mounting thread. Select a suitable female M12 cordset according to the required length and installation arrangement.

- test the signal logic and response of each LED segment after connection.
Check the height: the 3-segment non-audible version is 142.6 mm high; allow additional clearance for the connection cable and installation access.
Electrical connection should be completed by qualified personnel
- Electrical connections must be made by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable electrical codes.
- Overcurrent protection must be provided by the end application, for example through external fusing or a Class 2 current-limiting power supply.
- Before commissioning, verify the supply voltage, connector arrangement and selected NPN or PNP control logic.
Caution: do not connect or modify wiring while energised. A visual tower light does not replace a machine safety function or risk assessment.
