The battery pack uses NiMH – nickel-metal hydride technology and contains 15 cells.
Together they provide a nominal voltage of 18V, a capacity of 3000mAh and nominal energy of 54Wh.
NiMH technology was used in several older generations of robotic lawn mowers. When replacing the battery, voltage alone is therefore not sufficient: chemistry, housing and connectors must also match.
Battery Replacement
The battery is intended to replace the existing battery pack in a compatible robotic lawn mower.
- switch the robotic mower completely off,
- remove it from the charging station,
- access the battery compartment according to the mower instructions,
- disconnect and remove the old battery,
- compare the connector and orientation of the replacement battery,
- connect and position the new battery pack correctly,
- close the housing correctly after installation.
