HILTI B22 21.6 V Battery Pack Refurbishment from 8 Ah to 9 Ah
We provide professional refurbishment of an original HILTI B22 battery pack for cordless power tools. During the refurbishment process, the original battery with a capacity of 8 Ah is refurbished and upgraded to 9 Ah. The service applies to one battery pack.
The worn Li-Ion cells are removed and replaced with new, high-quality industrial cells. The original housing, contacts and electronics are reused, provided that they are technically sound and suitable for further use.
The refurbished HILTI B22 battery pack is suitable for compatible tools including SCW 22-A, SF 22-A, SFH 22-A, SIW 22T-A, TE 4-A22 and WSR 22-A.
Important: this product is a refurbishment service for one original HILTI B22 21.6 V battery pack. It is not a new or replacement battery. The customer must send the existing battery pack together with its matching original charger. The charger is required for final charging and functional testing.

How Does the Refurbishment Process Work?
- The customer sends the original HILTI B22 21.6 V 8 Ah battery pack.
- The matching original HILTI charger must also be included.
- We inspect the condition of the housing, contacts and battery electronics.
- The worn Li-Ion cells are removed and replaced with new industrial-grade cells.
- The battery pack capacity is upgraded from 8 Ah to 9 Ah.
- The refurbished battery is charged and tested using the supplied charger.
- The refurbished battery pack and charger are safely returned to the customer.
Estimated refurbishment time: the service normally takes 3–4 working days from the date the battery pack and charger are received. Delivery time to and from the service centre is not included.
Quality of the Installed Cells
We install industrial-grade Li-Ion cells from recognised manufacturers such as SONY, LG and others. The cells are selected for reliable performance, stable power delivery and a long service life in demanding cordless power-tool applications.
After the refurbishment is completed, the battery pack is assembled, charged and functionally tested. The contacts, charging process and basic electrical operation are checked before the battery is returned.

The possibility of refurbishment depends on the condition of the original battery housing, contacts and electronics. If the battery cannot be refurbished because of damaged electronics, contacts or housing, the customer will be informed after inspection.
