How the kit works – one set, two smart devices
Each kit includes 1× COMUNELLO SMART20 chain actuator and 1× COMUNELLO AF820 WiFi module. The actuator opens and closes the window, while the module provides power and smart control.
Using the app, you define when and how often the window opens – for example, several times for 10 to 15 minutes. This ensures regular air exchange without manual window operation.
SMART20 – reliable chain actuator for ventilation
The COMUNELLO SMART20 chain actuator automatically opens the window in tilt position, allowing controlled, safe, and discreet ventilation without fully opening the window. This opening method is ideal for residential and commercial spaces.
The actuator is powerful enough to close the window tightly and securely, ensuring proper sealing and stability when the window is closed. In the closed position, the chain actuator acts as an active locking mechanism.
Due to its construction and closing force, the system also provides additional protection against unauthorized opening. The window cannot be easily opened from the outside, contributing to improved protection against break-ins.
